II. For The One Who Claims The Best Spot

Designed to be beautiful, Intended to be functional
As I worked though chores this weekend I noticed our dog beds would soon need to be replaced. After searching though stores and finding nothing that really suited my spaces I decided to check back later. Instead, I realized a dog bed wasn't much different from a throw pillow cover and could be designed to coordinate with my space. I knew it needed to be something special and added a few extras to ensure our fur babies could enjoy the comfort while I appreciated function, beauty and longevity of this new addition.
This week, I stitched something new. A companion cushion — I added piping to the seam and lined it with fabric that breathes, water resistant properties and embroidered with a name that means everything to the person it belongs to. Thinking I'd photograph it for you, instead, Simi claimed it before the day was done, and I realized — this is exactly what it should be.
A space that's theirs. Intentional. Beautiful. Real.
Because our homes reflect how we love the people — and creatures — who live in them. It matters that Simi has a bed as thoughtfully made as the pillows on your sofa. It matters that the name stitched there is hers, in a script that says I see you, you belong here, you're worth this.
The companion cushions are coming. Personalized with names. Made in the fabrics you know — gingham and florals, linens and textures. Personalized details, made to match or coordinate with our interchangeable pillow covers, removable, washable. Built to last the way everything at Savary Soul is built to last.
Because the best spot in your home — whether it's claimed by a dog, a cat, or the person who needs it most — deserves to be made with intention.
Whose name should we stitch next? Which design would you like to see?
